On-Site Repairs
With Service Engineers in all major research regions of the United States, we are able to
provide prompt, knowledgeable and efficient attention to all your PAL repair needs. Our
engineers are trained on all PAL Systems, including LC systems and GC systems. They
are also experienced in integrating the PAL with other data systems as supplied by Mass
Spectrometer and Gas Chromatographer manaufacturers.
Because we are the North American distributor for CTC Analytics, we carry all existing
spare parts, module and accessories for the PAL System. This means that we can reduce
the repair lead-time by having such parts on the day of our initial visit. Often our cost of
repair is lower than other options because we only change the defective components as
opposed to a complete module.
