HPLC Systems, additional PM parts

Rotor change is included in HPLC based systems and inlet guide are also replaced.  These consumables are critical to the PAL’s functionality as part of a greater HPLC system.

Rotor changes are included* in our Warranty Extension/ Module Exchange Contracts as well as our Planned Maintenance services.

 

*One valve rotor per PAL system, additional rotors must be provided at time of service, for multi-valve configurations.

The know-how that has accumulated over the lifetime of the CTC PAL by the LEAP Service/Support Group and product managers can be deployed to any PAL user in the world -- It does not matter where the PAL is bought. For practical and economic reasons service charges will vary but will be always fair. Our goal is keeping all PALs productive for its owners.
