You will talk to our dispatcher who, upon obtaining the Serial Number of the PAL auto-
sampler, will be able to direct your call and assign a ticket number for reference.
Customers whose instruments are under service contract receive immediate response to
their calls, as well as customers under first year warranty. Our Service Contracts are very
affordable and all include a manufacturer recommended yearly Preventive Maintenance
of the complete instrument.
